Touch-N-Seal™ refill systems are available in 17, 60 and 120 gallon sizes for two-component spray polyurethane spray foam systems for high volume operations. Systems provide easier set-up and maintenance than foam “rigs,” and a lower investment in reusable components.
Overview
What's So Amazing?
- Touch-N-Seal™ saves in inventory space, with an average of 90 percent less space as a liquid versus fiberglass rolls.
- Unlike disposable, portable systems, the tanks are switched out when approaching empty. The empty tanks are returned to Seal Design for refilling, so tanks do not end up in landfills.
- Returns are simplified with prepaid freight and easy pickup when you have emptied the units.
- Energy Star rated as environmentally friendly.

Shelf Life
1 year in unopened cylinder when stored between 60° - 90° F (16° – 32° C), in a dry, well ventilated area.
Storage & Disposal
Keep containers tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated area. Ideal storage temperature is 60° -90° F (16° – 32° C). Storage above 90° F (32° C) will reduce shelf life. Do not store at temperatures above 120° F (49° C). Do not expose containers to conditions that may damage, puncture, or burst the containers. See MSDS for more information. Refer to Quick Start Guide for additional details regarding storage.
Limitations
- Not for use as an exterior roofing system.
- Do not expose to temperatures above 250° F (121° C), open flames or sparks.
- Not for exposure to ultraviolet light.
- Chemical contents must be 70° - 90° F (21° – 32° C) prior to spraying.
- Do not store in temperatures above 120° F (49° C).
- Always refer to local building code regulations.
- Certain structures such as cold storage and freezers have very specific design criteria. Ensure the structure has been designed by an appropriate design professional.
- Do not apply in layers more than ½” thick (12 mm) at a time. Allow foam to cool between the application of additional layers.
- Product is not a fire stop.
- Proper covering for this foam product may be required for various applications. TNS 2 component FR foam is permitted to be sprayed on sill plates and headers without a thermal or ignition barrier in thicknesses up to 3 ¼ inch thick according to ICC 2009 Building Codes. Refer to local building codes for details specific to your area.

Installation
Please refer to the Touch-N-Seal® Spray Polyurethane Foam Refill Systems Quick Start Guide found attached to the product cylinders. Always refer to local building codes prior to application of Touch-N-Seal spray foam. Touch-N-Seal spray foam can be applied to and will adhere to almost any traditional building material surfaces including; wood, concrete, polystyrene, gypsum board, fiberboard, masonry and metal. Surfaces to be sprayed must be dry, clean and free of dust, dirt, grease and other substances that may inhibit proper adhesion. For best results apply Touch-N-Seal spray foam when surface and ambient temperatures are between 60° - 90° F (16° – 32° C). Chemical contents must be between 70° - 90° F (21° – 32° C) before dispensing. Refer to “Quick Start Guide” for additional details regarding storage of partially dispensed refill systems.
Always wear proper personal protective equipment, including head covering, gloves, clothing, eyewear and respirator. Use in well-ventilated area. Refer to manufacturer’s Safe Use, Storage and Handling For Low Pressure Spray Foam Products brochure prior to handling Touch-N-Seal materials.
