Seal Design is the only U.S. authorized fabricator for Avery Dennison XHA 6600 Series interior high-bond tapes most commonly used in truck applications. The XHA 6600 is an acrylic foam core tape into which an adhesive is mixed to provide a high-density tape with enhanced holding power and tensile strength.
Overview
What's So Amazing?
The XHA 6600 Series tapes have a strong bond to high surface energy materials, such as metal, plastic, polyester, polycarbonate, acrylic and ABS. The conformable foam provides cushioning and impact resistance, even over irregular surfaces. The tapes come in multiple thicknesses (See Technical Data).
Performance characteristics include very high adhesion combined with good shear and stress relaxation, a thick adhesive for demanding, gap-filling applications, and chemical, UV and humidity resistance. It has a temperature resistance to 400º F. The tapes’ high-density compound construction provides enhanced holding power and tensile strength, and the polyethylene liner improves die cutting and conversion.
